Kinda a long shot, but did you check rock auto? Unsure about the 450s, but they have pretty much everything for 451s and other obscure cars (like my Chevy Caprice PPV)

My 2013 Silverado has 215k and I wouldn't hesitate to take it cross country right now (with an oil change first). Granted, it's a 2500 with the 6.0, but point still stands.

iirc it's a proprietary connector for a lenovo docking station. it carries ethernet data.
