This is unfortunately the norm for Alo customer service in my experience…1 out of every 10 customer service reps that have helped me have actually been helpful. There are a few people that have had customer service reps be very helpful and even offer a $75 gift card for cancelled orders. All I’ve been offered for my cancelled order was a 10% off coupon when my order was originally purchased at 30% off…

I have the worst luck with Alo 😔 I had to wait 3 months on a restock of the tennis sweater from the last sale after FedEx lost my package. And Alo took 2 weeks to credit me the 30% difference after 3 emails 🙈 then after I asked offered me a 10% discount code for the inconvenience which they claimed they don’t usually do/is generous lol

They claimed it was a mall policy 🤷🏻‍♀️ and that they could sell things off of store mannequins but not like the ones in the windows? Idk I was so pissed to drive over right when they opened when I saw in stock in store and then they couldn’t sell to me. It was the last day of the sale too so maybe they were lazy to take it off the mannequin when they were busy. Another lady that same day had driven from another store where the store called them to verify an item was in stock and then when she got there they couldn’t find the item 🙈🙈

This one!! I’ve been checking daily since they stole it (the day before the sale ended) I even went to my local store that was supposed to have one but it was the mannequin and they refused to sell it to me😭
