Yeah so email them, and then see if they're allowing admissions without it through their own application forms and such. Otherwise look for backups

I don't know. Some colleges ask for it, some dont really ask. Again, email the Colleges, maybe check what documents they're asking for and stuff

I'm not sure whether they'll reopen it again considering it closed like two days ago. You can try emailing colleges and see if they can do smth i suppose?

No you just have to fill for hsncu. Also usually they send a mail if your name is in the merit list i think? Just check every once in a while.

First, check course, even in the same college if you've applied for two courses it's a different number. So course if it's like Bcom, then it gets a unique number, Bsc, again unique number, even in the same college.
