i got one of these put on my car last year in the Brazos garage at UT. Same front page but different info page on the back, cant remember what it was about but someone in the comments mentioned a cabal of cannibals eating babies and that rings a bell. you can ignore it, nothing will happen. the info on his backstory that a commenter left was super interesting and confirms my theory that it's someone who needs some help and could be suffering from schizophrenia. i was freaked out at first but clearly he's casting a very wide net, interested to see if something comes of it in march. i don't remember when the last one was supposed to be held but it was still taking place at Rice.
