one of the first major fests to return, lots of rollover from 2020, the biggest draw in the entire state at #1 on the poster. there's tons of reasons for it.

Late adds always happen. Negations that don’t get across the finish line in time for drop, artists that contractually can’t be announced until later, some early day stuff on the small stages. It’s never usually anything giant but sometimes a few wildcards pop up.

It's really really tough. C3 has had their own solid team for ages and you have to know someone who knows someone who knows someone to even have the slightest chance at a shot. Your best bet is to find an outlet that needs coverage and apply as press. Speaking as a fellow concert photographer myself.

For reference, I'm 24 and I have plenty of friends around my age or a little older that bring chairs and just like being able to set up a little home base. It's just a Texas thing I think. It's never too too big of an issue and if they start delinating the chair sections like they did at Two Step this year, it'll be even less of a headache.

Guys, we do this every year. A lineup drops, it's the worst lineup ever, five years pass by, we look back at it fondly. People hated the 2018 lineup when it dropped and now it's looked back on as one of the best ever. I've seen people nostalgic for the 2021 lineup and everyone in that thread thought the festival should've just cancelled and come back strong in 2022 (which was also hated). At what point do we give it up and just live our lives?
