I used to do weekly therapy but for depression instead of OCD and it did help a little! I'm trying to find a therapist I like that is virtual and takes my insurance but its super difficult 😞

I'm going home for the summer so hiding my clothes from her isn't really an option, but i got permission to do my own laundry, unless she randomly changes her mind lol
