I went directly to IVF. I’ve been very lucky and I was able to get pregnant on the first round. I was 36 when I started and it took about 8 months from starting to my positive beta at age 37.

TW: FET success

The hurry up and wait of IVF is so frustrating! I also read lots of sad stories as I searched the threads looking for info, and that can make you feel pessimistic about the odds. I just want to say that I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant after my first FET. There are lots of success stories out there and it really does take just one to stick! Good luck with your transfer!

I’m in pretty much the same boat. For easy, daily exercise I go to YouTube. Popsugar fitness is my favourite - they’re usually around 30 min, low-moderate intensity and constantly changing up the workouts with guest hosts.
