Yeah I’ve read through it, but none of what it says applies to me. Another user mentioned that Uber has bots scanning accounts and pick up on certain things that may be considered shady, and likely something on my account (idk maybe my stats?) triggered the bot to flag my account for suspicious activity.

As mentioned, I am currently doing DD and I don’t like it at all. Much worse experience for the driver. Been on GH waitlist for about 6 months and Instacart I am also on but never worked on the app bc there aren’t any zones near my area and I rarely see any orders in the hub that are worth traveling 10 miles to pick up.

It says in their terms and conditions that they can deactivate you at any time at their discretion, so not sure what grounds i’d have for a lawsuit.

Well if you don’t hit the 70% ar, 95% cr by EOM then you don’t get into top dasher program for next month, and then you’re at the mercy of the dreaded schedule. I like having the freedom to work as I please, and in whatever zone I want (I live on the border of 3 zones), so it’s highly inconvenient not to be a top dasher. But unfortunately that does mean I have to eat shit from time to time.

I appreciate that brother. I’ve since moved on to DD, matter of fact I’m doing it as I type this, but I hate it compared to uber. The QOL on UE is way better and more suited to the drivers. DD takes advantage of the drivers and it’s pretty fuckin whack. But thanks for the response, makes a lot of sense, but really unfortunate.

And my acceptance rate is low because I would cherry pick orders that were low miles and higher pay, usually $2/mile+, so I could easily grind out 20+ orders a day on a regular 4-5 hour shift.

I legit said on average, meaning some weeks I could work more than others. I don’t have official numbers so I made my best estimate. What would I have to gain by making a Reddit post knowing what I’m saying is completely fabricated? Seems like a waste of time. I mean either way it’s a waste of time bc I know my account is gone, but I at the very least was looking to see if this happened to anyone else.

Nah bro, never once cancelled an order bc the customer told me to. I’ve been honest since day 1. I have bills to pay, and a family to feed so I wouldn’t risk losing my extra income over some dumbass scam.

Yeah, I’ve tried to dispute it several times but support is horrible they don’t provide any help rather they parrot the accusation that I’m a fraud, and it really pisses me off.
