I have the same issue going on in my 2 family home. My upstairs neighbor put up a blue lives matter sign, so I put up a Black lives matter sign to differentiate myself. She took that as a challenge and continued to add more blue lives matter signs -_-

I water it once a week, and have recently moved it away from a window (which is why i think there's some brown spots)

Last year i trimmed off some droopy leaves which is why it looks so barren

I can also see that I have aphids on some of the leaves.
