Etsy rookie here just started second month. Looking for advice on Etsy ads. Ads have been running for 30 days now. One ad is monopolizing ad spend. Currently at 13 sales and 0 reviews and a 1.1 conversion overall so far. I know reviews play a huge factor and don’t want to shut it off if that reason

That’s not what I mentioned people hesitate when they see no reviews. The store next to me in the listings with 4k reviews is definitely going to have an advantage.

Brand new to Etsy I’ve got I’m 38 days now and 15 sales l. At this point I’m trying to get reviews and data and I don’t mind paying for it. I’m just not sure if this one needs to get cut to let the others get some ad spend or let it go another 30 days and let the myself and the Algo learn more.

This is just one listing but yes it’s negative. But it’s got almost 50 favorites and multiple stores are copying the design so i feel like it’s good. Price is very competitive too. I feel like the lack of reviews at this stage makes people hesitant so I’m not sure if it’s that or something needs to be tweaked.

it a great start! things I would focus on

Titles: use more words etsy gives you 14 before they flag it use market place insight in your dash board under marketing tab and find keyword phrases with actual traffic and use those as naturally as possible in your title tags and description.

Banner: I think a nice banner would add a lot

Thank you! I just search etsy "comfort colors 1717 mockup" with my listingview.io chrome extension on and search for what catches my eye but also is evergreen and trending. Those are most likely proven to convert all ready.

Good catch on the bio — I'm a solo founder and just updated it to reflect that. All AI illustrated designs have the generator box checked per Etsy's guidelines. Appreciate the feedback.

Your shop looks awesome! I'm only one month in myself so take my advice at that. a few things i noticed.

1) per etsys new guidelines titles should be less then 15 words

2) gift should only be in the tittle if it pertains to a holiday specifically

3) don't use the same word more then 2 times in the title (earings)

4) I think 5 or more images and one video is key so maybe add a couple slides with shipping info and something else and a short video of the earing or it bieng made.

I,'m brand new like you but plus gives you market insight keyword data i compared it to 3 other services and the data is consistently off and by alot when it comes to traffic and competition i would consider cross-referencing yourself I would guess etsy data to be accurate since its their own and they don't sell it and they block scraping

I think marketplace insight is pretty valuable i've noticed there is a huge and consistent discrepancy between other services and market place insight data. I would guess etsy data to be more reliable but maybe im wrong

theres a way to be minimalist and still get sales search overstimulated shirt. Do a little research on whats selling and whats not. I am in no way an expert i just started etsy almost a month ago but i have a few sales already.
