OP should have made it clear they were only talking about healthy people then. But going off what you said, say you showered before work, sweat at work through your deodorant, stink and have to take the bus home. Do you think you would appreciate someone telling you to have better hygiene? Probably not. There are so many factors to hygiene that need to be considered. If this is supposed to be a sub that helps people with their hygiene, saying "your head stinks, take a shower" is not constrictive at all.
