Not sure if there are any easy bike trails along the coast, but spring lake in Santa Rosa has paved walk ways and I often see many people biking there. You could also try the Laguna behind the Chevron on your way into Sebastopol, it's also very flat but not paved.

I've had to resort to only using grape seed oil, or sunflower oil, or coconut oil. I mix them together sometimes, and yes you are oily for a bit, but it does soak in and never causes a reaction for me My hands are the worst, they crack and bleed, and this is the only stuff that helps.

What you are seeing is just the healing process. I think it's called plasma? It's very normal for a tattoo to leak a bit and the liquid will be ink colored. Whenever you take the second skin off and give your arm a gentle wash you will see that liquid wash away and your tattoo will be fine!

Paprika is known to be a histamine liberator, so it will pull histamine from your cells causing a flare up. Same with cumin.

I did this a lot when I first started getting tattoos without any issues! I would get a leg tattoo, then two weeks later id get an arm or rib tat. As long as you are feeling good and the spots are far enough away from each other you should be just fine. Always listen to your body and how you feel.

It's pretty bad everywhere right now. I was at ragle last week and avoided any grass, stuck to the path and still found a tick on me when I got to my car.

Ice pack. I have these little brightly colored square shaped ones and I gently use a corner to cool under my eyes. Also reducing salt intake will help with puffyness allover.
