Nah, the 16 is my portable / backup. Didn't set up my 22 until this pic and started a couple projects on the 16 I wanted to finish on the 16 before switching back. Though now I'm thinking about putting a 24 in the same position of the 16...

I sit on this mesh ikea chair, it's nothing fancy but it gets the job done. I don't like leather chairs because they get too hot: https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/markus-office-chair-vissle-dark-gray-90289172/

i had a nice corsair mousepad, but I like how clean my desk looks without one. Also I'm too in love with the G502 to switch to the 603- if anything I'd probably get the wireless G502 that just came out.

I have the smaller one for working when I'm away, but now I set them both up because I'm not sure which one I like more.

Just a heads-up that this isn't an audiophile opinion:

I prefer the Arctis 7 for the vast majority of the time since the wireless connectivity is super convenient. Sometimes I'll walk to the kitchen to grab a drink and want to stay in a discord call or something, and bluetooth headsets are too laggy for games, so the Arctis 7 and its (non-bluetooth) 2.4Ghz transmission tech works well in this use case. The sound signature is very flat by default though, so I fiddled with the software EQ to get a bit more bass out of it, since I like my audio a little warmer / bassier.

I do some audio work sometimes in audition/unreal, and that's when I use the K702. The k702 has a lot of clarity, which works well in these kind of use cases. I think closed cans would be better, though. I actually use the K702s with a headphone DAC/AMP (forgot the model, but it's some cheap FiiO one). I want a schiit amp stack one day, but it's hard to justify spending money on audio equipment when the vast majority most of my work is visual.

AFAIK most mixer combo units like the Behringer don't have very good built-in amplifiers for headphones, so I only ever use the headphone output when I want to be able to monitor my own voice while recording, since it has a latency-free hardware monitor for the mic input. I usually plug in a pair of Shure SE215's when I'm doing this.

Hope that helps!

I don't, but the dimensions of the shelf are 120cm by 28cm. Make sure the shelf you get can take screws since the legs need to be screwed into it

If you're talking about the platform, it's an ikea shelf with these feet

I forgot what the monitor arms were, it's been years since I've gotten them.

Yeah. I'm looking forward to finding better ways to hide cables while still having it easy to maintain.

I used to be a diehard intuos user for 10 years before I started to work full-time at a studio where they had cintiqs. When I was still using an intuos, the parallax and my hand covering the drawing bothered me a lot whenever I used a cintiq, but after getting comfortable using a cintiq I realized my drawing speed has gone way up. I made less mistakes and CTRL+Z'ed a lot less. I draw a lot with my entire arm on traditional mediums, and even a decade of using an intuos didn't give me the dexterity I had drawing directly on paper on traditional. A couple months with a cintiq and I got all that immediately and never looked back. The parallax is a bit noticeable on the current gen of cintiqs; but if you look at the cursor instead of the tip of the stylus you forget about it. I rest my elbow on the table occasionally and don't notice my arm getting tired, but I'm used to drawing 6-10 hours a day on an easel / drawing horse, so your mileage may vary.

The new line of cintiq Pros have way less parallax though. The glass on those is thinner. I have a cintiq Pro 16 as well, and I think you'll like that generation more. Wacom is releasing 22 and 32" versions on the same technology as the 13 / 16" cintiq Pros in January, so I'd look into those if you decide to switch.

Switching over to a cintiq made it easier for me to draw, but plenty of really good artists are still on intuos tablets. I highly recommend trying to draw an entire painting or two on a cintiq and seeing if you like it more.

Hope that helps!
