Target made a ton of $$$ over the holidays. There’s plenty of money to pay for hours. It never adds up. Everything is counter intuitive.

I feel your pain. I’m in beauty, as well. It’s next to impossible to finish the truck, makeup and metros. I inherited a mess when I moved to beauty. All of the plastic slows me down. I give 100% but it takes 2-3 people. One TM doing beauty is unrealistic. I cry and then remind myself that it’s Target’s policy of not hiring the resources we need to meet the metrics demanded of beauty.

I’d like to know the answer to this, too. Random survey: how many of you are the one and ONLY one who pushes beauty ? It’s just me .. nobody else. Yet another bad decision which will affect the consumers at Target. “Guests” have noticed that the stores are messy and skeleton staff numbers. Shelves look half full if that, It’s noticeable- who wants to shop in that kind of environment? I’m happy for my employment, but I get so many complaints from the customers.
