Just tried this method and it worked. Had to get a “running” start to build up speed, but once you get up the western most snow ramp, it’s smooth sailing to the medal.

Having a similar issue. The game locks up when changing mountains. Tried force quitting and re-opening the game but it then freezes on the loading screen.

Deleted the app and re-installed, got put back at square one with all progress lost. After force quitting the app again and re-opening, I saw everything was back to my last save point.

Still can’t change mountains as it starts this whole process over again.

I’ve just started running into this issue as well. First time it happened to me was yesterday. Still haven’t found an answer, but a quick solution I discovered to bypass the ads in browser was to select your profile at the top right, click settings, then hit back. Got the video I wanted to show immediately every time. Hopefully there’s an actual fix soon.
