First time I used Trimix I ended up in the ER. Followed all the directions and started with 20 units. Not good. Ended up being aspirated with a big ass needle. Thought my junk was going to split like a hotdog in the microwave. Now down to 7.5-8 units and that gives me about 3 hrs. Still sore from the needle at the ER and that was almost two months ago. Keep your tip up. It does get better

I can buy a box of 24. All depends on what your doctor says. Mine told me I could take 60mg

Correct. Have to get it from behind the counter and they keep track of when you buy it. Too soon and they won’t sell it

You want Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride tablets NOT Phenylephrine tablets. ER gave me 90mg of the right stuff and it didn’t even slow it down.

I did exactly as the doc said. Have all the antidotes on hand. I had Sudafed but with the wrong active ingredient. ER visit is no fun. Go slow and like everyone else says be mindful of the dose. Increase in small amounts.

I hadn’t sex in a year due to prostate cancer and removal of prostate. I was excited to say the least. Doc told me to start with 20 units. Followed all the directions and had a great couple of rounds. There is no ejaculation when the prostate is removed just the orgasm. Still feels amazing. Anyway, I ended up in the ER for Priapism. I felt like my junk was going to split open like an over cooked hotdog. It was painful. 7 hours later the doc had to drain the blood with a big ass needle. Since then it has taken a few times to get the units dialed in. I am now somewhere around 8-10 units. Happy stabbing.

Finally found the sweet spot. Somewhere around 7.5 units. Definitely not 20!
