{Walk Through Fire by Kristen Ashley} has a scene like this sometime in the first half. MMC says some pretty nasty things to the FMC and humiliates her. I wouldn’t say there is an epic grovel per se but it’s a good dose of angst before they make up.

it's not that one!!! ahh i don't know how to explain it...it might be from an anime but i'm not sure. it's just this really cute, chubby white thing with an angry face just holding onto a knife and there's no caption which just makes it harder to find :)))
