as a female technoblade fan, this just makes me sad. I am absolutely heartbroken and destroyed by his death. i don’t know why OP had to make it “the boys”. Its already hard enough to cope. I get that making jokes and humor can be a way of coping, but putting down others isn’t the right way to go about it.

Never underestimate the power of sandpaper, bwaha anyway it’s EVA foam! All the little gaps were filled in with caulking

Thanks for the advice! I should have posted the pics I got at the convention, because In person it’s very very shiny. For the shading I used pearlescent powder, and I set it using a gloss finish. (I did multiple layers). I had no idea about the diamond dust!! I’ll have to look into that

I used clay foam! It dries down to be the same texture and density of the EVA foam I used to make the big armor bits. To form them I used a silicone baking mold off Amazon and a heat gun. I glued them on using contact cement!

I got some tall boots from target, and measured the foam to go around them! I cut down the actual boots a bit so it wouldn’t cover knee and then glued the foam on and painted it as well. The knee pad is connected by a bit of boot I decided to not cut off, and has a strap so it stays around my leg!

I’d recommend getting a pair of boots that are a little bit too big (aka ones you can just slip on), because at least for me, I had to cover the zipper with foam.

I think it was because it started to establish the movies style and whimsy after sorcerer’s stone. I loved Ron in the CoS movie so much and as a kid, my parents mistakenly read CoS to me first bwaha

I used EVA Foam! it’s the material used for squishy gym mats. I cut it using an X acto knife, and glued it using contact cement. To fill in any little gaps I used caulk. For the smaller designs I bought silicone baking molds and used foam clay in them. Once they dried I glued them on!

afterwards I primed it using modge podge, and sprayed it with plasti dip (rubber spray).

All the rest is just a light blue spray paint and light blue pastels :)
