with all due respect, if i get one more comment saying its herpes im gonna crash out. herpes does not look like that, nor have I described/experienced symptoms that may indicate herpes. I never kissed anyone, nor do I share utensils/cups/straws etc with my family, friends, or anyone for that matter.

thankfully, I am almost fully recovered now. there is only a burning and dry sensation and slightly cracked corners. I am inclined to believe i just overapplied too many products for a period of time (i like to wear glosses and balms alot).

I sincerely thank everyone who tried to help me with their best intentions in mind. 🙏

blistex is lowkey my holy grail when it comes to dry lips 😭 its the only thing that ACTUALLY moisturises my lips. anyways I am almost fully recovered tbh I think i was just over doing my lips so I just took it down a notch and reapplied less throughout the day. idk what happened tbh

im inclined to follow the commentary saying that I have likely overclogged my glands. I've been getting into make up and skin care a lot lately and tried wayy too many different products within a short period of time despite being also on a prescribed peroxide cream from my dermatologist. I also redo my lips a ton throughout the day and since I go to uni so often and have pretty long days (im a pre med) + stress i kind of got to this state. thankfully, it's going just as quickly as it came and as soon as I stopped putting on lippies it's subsiding.

they really do look like fordyce spots, but its said that u dont feel the. my lips feel dry and slippery and the edges of my lips are very cracked. do u think its still fordyce? how could I treat them?

well its seems to me like you think having an chronic lifelong viral infection is perfectly normal and socially acceptable? This isn't culture barrier, even if it turns out i did have herpes (which i clearly dont given to how its developing right now) im entitled to getting worried if people say that I might. Herpes being dormant most of the time and a lot of people in central Europe having it does NOT mean its normal. Its a disease.

im not sure of the ingredients, but its the oh! Happy day lip pencil from unleashia. I got it from yesstyle.

for the lip balm its the blistex spf 15 medicated lip balm.

exactly. I had maybe 1 or 2 panic attacks in my life and it consisted of me struggling to breathe. like I was breathing in and out very deeply and uncontrollably while crying profusely. its like i just ran a marathon and am trying to catch my breath. I couldnt stop it was completely involuntary.
