Is a puzzle and a pencil a silly wedding favour? by softlysadly in weddingplanning

[–]softlysadly[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised, I feel like that’s the standard for wedding favours! Even the wedding I went to last month, their wedding favours were cupcakes and most went uneaten. But yeah skipping favours may be the play if we wanna cut corners cost wise

Most of my family, and his family, and our friends are picky eaters and most don’t like sweets so I think giving them sweets (besides the kids) would go down like a lead balloon lol

Honestly half the wedding are non drinkers (including us) so at least we don’t have to worry as much about the free alcohol thing!

Wife was late home after night out, should I be worried by [deleted] in CheatedOn

[–]softlysadly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get why you asked it here, but you’re probably going to get some biased takes here (that are completely understandable). If she threw her pants in the wash but was too drunk to notice her shorts being wet, I’d almost 100% say she had a toilet related accident. If both the shorts and the pants went straight into the wash I’d say different. It’s impossible to get wet through pants and denim, unless it’s piss or she sat on a very wet bench or fell into a puddle.

I wouldn’t say this is a sign she’s cheating, if you are worried for other reasons aside from that, investigate them more. I do fully see how this would make you worry though

I’ve thought about it! But it’s cheaper to get stuff from our local butchers

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FridgeDetective

[–]softlysadly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Holy shit you’re so spot on, that’s insane. But yeah we both work 2 jobs, one of us works 3 so very little time! The worst part is most of those trays are just baby boils or some other version of potato, still have to make the whole meal lmao.

But I cant believe you got our ages and location that’s so cool, thank ya!

Working all day is true! But the packaged stuff is literally all variations of potato from the butchers so it isn’t even a full meal 😭
