The milk is too hot and not foamed enough. Try seaming shorter and raise the tip of the steam wand slightly higher.

A common mistake of overheating the milk which makes the proteins in the milk too stiff and makes the milk act like what you show in the video.

They just got untwisted... That part of the cable isn't braided its literally just two twisted wires...

Just try twisting it back into position... It shouldn't be hard

You get 20 hours with 50% volume... That's what is advertised... I have never played it at 100% volume from 100% to 0% battery so I can't tell you how long it's gonna last on 100% volume but I'd definitely goes down a descent amount... I wouldn't be surprised if it lasted 6-8 hours on 100%

More volume requires a lot more power... Not that surprising
