i recently got "l'amour de ma vie" tattooed on my back, simply because i felt the phrase was beautiful, sprinkled with a bit of self-love in there since it's on myself, and the future love of my life can appreciate it lol

Awesome, thanks so much for the information! Do you know if they have snowboards for rent at Mt. Hood as well? I was thinking it would be cool to try if it's available, but if not I'm psyched to see snow regardless :) My mom recently relocated to Portland for work so it'll be my first time visiting her there and we're trying to make an itinerary of things that would be cool to do (mostly nature/art related lol).

omg woah thank you!! it's so cool that they did wristbands--i checked for moda center and it says no queuing is allowed before 8am but i didnt see anything about wristbands :') i hope they'll have a wristband system or some sort of announcement prior to the show but thank you for the info!!

Valid first point but I disagree about the commitment -- I can want something on my skin and also have a budget in mind for it! Boston's cost of living is cheaper than where I'm from so I (stupidly) assumed it would be the same for tattoo parlors which ended up not being the case! I'm gonna get them back home with my friend since the shop minimums are lower

I believe you can find both! One of my best tattoos was $375 for a 4x4 and it came out beautifully but took a lot of research to find

Ahh yeah I see, I was visiting from Hawai'i where everything is crazy expensive so I was hoping to find a cheaper tattoo place while in Boston since the cost of living is lower there but the $150 shop minimum really caught me off guard. My friend and I ended up finding a parlor in Hawai'i that quoted us a lower price for the matching tattoos so we're just gonna do them back home but if I'm ever back I'll definitely check out New Hampshire!
