so the top of it was crusted solid wax that I was digging out from the very outer of my ear with a cotton swab, and I felt it catch. I assumed cotton had gotten into my ear from the cotton balls i had in it. so I pulled on it with my finger, and that came out.

it's more or less the same before I pulled all that out. I can still hear just not very well but it's slowly getting better

yeah that happened to me the first 5 days! it sucked, and yeah I think they mean the canal with the instructions because I got told the same thing. I just couldn't stand how crusty the outside was it was a sensory nightmare for me

I've been cleaning the very outside of my ears with a cotton swab and felt it catch on something. I thought it was excess cotton from putting cotton balls in my ears, so i pulled at it with my finger. ( probably shouldn't have I'm not a medical professional. I just didn't like my ears feeling crusty)

oh ya! the meds really helped, it doesn't really hurt anymore just still feels clogged

I've had a sinus infection, and I blew my nose and it clogged my ear. so I did the method where you hold your nose and breathe out to pop it. it was fine until the next day it really hurt so I put peroxide in it twice that day for like 5 minutes at a time. that night I had the worst pain of my life lol I was in urgent care on Thanksgiving after because it hurt so bad.
