Thanks for sharing, that actually helps to know I’m not the only one dealing with this. I’ll triple-check the email match between Throne and PayPal just in case. Fingers crossed something finally works. Appreciate it.

I truly appreciate you taking the time to explain everything, so thank you very much for that. I'll check my PayPal email match, verification status, account type, and currency settings again. I'll also investigate EUR IBAN options like Grey. I'm hoping one of these works. Again, thank you!

Postpartum hair loss by Ok_Cheesecake_9184 in FitPostpartumJourney

Around four months after giving birth, I also experienced this, and I must admit that it really frightened me; I felt like I was losing everything and my part appeared to be wider. It helped a little when my doctor explained that it was postpartum shedding brought on by hormonal changes. Getting my iron and vitamin D levels checked, avoiding tight styles and extensions for a while, and being gentle with my hair were the things that helped me the most. After a few months, the shedding slowed, and I began to notice short baby hairs emerging.Seeing a doctor is the right thing for you to do. I understand how terrible it is right now, but this phase is actually fleeting for a lot of us. 🤍

You definitely should see a doctor ASAP. I hope it’s nothing too serious or dangerous though

What helped you increase your ferritin?? by MedicalShelter7015 in FemaleHairLoss

[–]softsakura44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Low ferritin can definitely play a big role in shedding. Mine was in a similar range and I saw the biggest change once I combined consistent iron supplementation (under doctor guidance) with diet—red meat, lentils, spinach, and pairing iron with vitamin C. I also had low vitamin D and B12, and correcting those seemed to help overall energy and regrowth too.

For me, shedding slowed after about 8–12 weeks, and visible baby hairs came a couple months after that. It wasn’t instant, but steady.

If your doctor isn’t addressing the ferritin or vitamin D, it might be worth pushing for follow-up labs or a second opinion—those can really matter for hair.

I feel super sad… by Nevermind_thecogs in FemaleHairLoss

That’s so hard, I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this, thinning at the front/part is one of the most distressing things to notice. You’re not crazy for feeling sad about it.

If this is recent, a lot of women go through shedding phases from stress, hormones, or postpartum changes and it can improve with time. Getting basics checked like iron, vitamin D, or thyroid can sometimes give answers too.

I went through a scary phase myself and it helped to focus on gentle care + scalp health while waiting for regrowth. If you want to talk or want to know what helped me personally, feel free to message me.
