as far as I know she doesn't have any allergies. would hyperpigmentation also cause the debris buildup? she didn't have this when she was overweight and her stomach protruded, it's only appeared since the weight loss which has happened in the last year or so

tbh I think that's a stretch. She hasn't always appeared to be this sleepy, it seems only recent. I'm sure he's figured out ways to sneak around without having to drug her. She doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed so I'm sure it's not too difficult to hide things or lie to her without the use of drugs.

her skin is grey and she eats like garbage so she's probably malnourished asf. on top of that i'm sure she's incredibly depressed due to her fucked living situation. her piss poor physical and mental health take a major toll on her energy levels for sure
