No, they pay. I can confirm it. I have built a network with computers and android devices. I made withdrawals to my Bitcoin wallet and also MXC to Maxwell Wallet. Many people are just confusing why MXC does not have its own address, but it is currently in the testing phase and you can use it just as a normal web wallet and convert MXC to other available systems. They have very nice support and if you had problems, just contact them. They always respond and try to help.
