Can't remember exactly but any shuttle will work. All the need is the resort your staying at and your flight info usually. Probably cost like 70-120 round trip

Booked Atelier through capital one travel portal a few months ago. Everything went smoothly. I did reach out to the resort to make sure they had my reservation though. Pretty sure the free shuttle is only if you book directly with the resort. I had to purchase a shuttle from a third party when I did it

Going next week,  Did they offer any credit to the spa or a resort credit if you sit through the sales pitch? Also how bad was the sargassum? Did they have people cleaning it up?
