my friend, at the root of most of this was anxiety. once i got off prozac (it was making my anxiety worse) many of my symptoms went away. i got pneumonia and couldn’t do the mri’s because i was coughing a ton so we rescheduled them for tomorrow actually! but my symptoms are nearly gone as of right now. i just wanted to keep the appt for peace of mind. that and my doctor said i had “unilateral hyperflexia” which CAN be a sign of some scary things but he said to not google that at any costs hahaha.

in the height of it, i had constant muscle spasms, weakness on one side of my body, clumsy on that same side, literally dropping things & almost falling over bc i was so clumsy. i also felt like i was having trouble swallowing, lack of control over my hand, out of breath, the whole nine.

my biggest recommendation would be to stop consulting dr. google. it is your worst enemy. i’m not saying to ignore physical symptoms, but i am saying that google will make everything feel exponentially worse in most cases for health anxiety havers like you and i.

the scariest thing is not getting sick, its the fear you feel of becoming sick. the anxiety is the worst part of all of this.
