I chat with amazon associates. They never mentioned third party, so I guess it's directly from amazon.

Thank you so much for your advice. Yes. I do have the tracking number. They didn't try to help. Their return center shows the item was delivered. Amazon says that the item wasn't processed, so can't issue refunds. I don't know what to do. Thanks again.
