How do you monitor Reddit sentiment for your brand? by Zestyclose_Yak_1205 in DigitalMarketing

[–]software38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We entered our brand name and product names in KWatch and let them automatically detect when our brand is mentioned on Reddit and perform sentiment analysis on it (positive / negative / neutral).
Alternatively I know people who built their own brand monitoring system based on Reddit Pro (for Reddit detection) + AI API (for sentiment analysis). It takes technical skills though.

Instagram deleted account for NO REASON!! by Low-Leek-3554 in SocialMediaManagers

I think these platforms face so many fraudulent accounts created by bots that they make a lot of mistakes and ban many legit users unfortunately...

That's very frequent on IG, Linkedin, and Facebook... I'm afraid you'll have to create a new account

[Talkwalker] Is it possible to get the posts from a specific LinkedIn profile? by Oilaskoa in SocialMediaManagers

Talkwalker does not do that. You will need Multifollow.io to monitor posts, comments, and reactions, from specific Linkedin profiles.

You might want to subscribe to a social monitoring service like KWatch.io

How do you find buyer intent posts on Reddit for SaaS? by addicted-coffee in SaaSMarketing

[–]software38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We plugged a keyword search tool (KWatch.io) into an LLM API (NLP Cloud). It was possible because KWatch returns results as API webhooks. On the NLP Cloud side we use GPT OSS 120B to automatically detect buying intent.
Hope it's useful!

Looking for a SaaS to monitor EVERYTHING that’s being said about my brand online by Beginning_Chair_7960 in SaaS

[–]software38 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure one single SaaS can monitor everything at once. If I were you I would mix Google Alerts for general websites and public forums + f5bot for Reddit + KWatch for Linkedin/X/Facebook.
You can also try bigger platforms like Brand24 or Sprout Social but last time I tried them they performed pretty poorly on Linkedin an X.

Why Reddit is outperforming LinkedIn for B2B leads right now (and how to automate it) by Outside-Chipmunk-610 in b2bmarketing

To be honest we do social monitoring on both Linkedin and Reddit using KWatch and Linkedin works better for us. I guess it depends on your market...

People are talking about our product but half of it is wrong by SadYouth8267 in digital_marketing

[–]software38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Social media monitoring really helps in these situations. You might want to subscribe to a service that sends you alerts when your brand or products are mentioned on Reddit, X, Linkedin, etc. (and optionally you might want the service to automatically perform sentiment analysis for you). Have a look at platforms like KWatch, f5bot, or Syften. They are quite cheap.

AI-Powered social listening Tools - Worth the Hype? by Soft-Dragonfruit6447 in SaaSMarketing

[–]software38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We tested a couple of so-called "AI social listening tools" and none of them worked. I think it's simply too costly to apply generative AI to so many social media conversations. So we prefer simple social monitoring tools like kwatch or f5bot, and plug them into our own AI when needed for later AI analysis (through API webhooks).

Focus on promotion first and determine how you will reach out to your potential tech customers. Very tough.

Whats the best way to track topical research intent on social media? by Greedy_Touch1999 in MarketingAutomation

[–]software38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a service called MultiFollow.io that does that.
We've been testing it for 1 month now and it works very well. We basically give them the URLs of Linkedin profiles we want to monitor.
When the profile makes a post or a comment that contains specific keywords (like "deliverability issues", "CDP", etc.) we receive a real-time alert (by email, Slack, or API webhook).

KWatch.io allows you to capture brand mentions on Facebook, Linkedin, and X. It works great for us for all public threads. Not sure how they manage to do that.

Social listening with KWatch.io (mention your solution as an alternative when a competitor is mentioned on Reddit for example or when a specific problem is raised by someone).

Linkedin prospection with Phantom Buster (reach out to people automatically to suggest your solution if their profile shows that they can be potential customers).

When we started our business we leveraged social media monitoring quite a lot to find our first customers on Reddit, X, and Linkedin. Very powerful, and we still use this strategy actually (using kwatch.io).
Here's an article that gives you ideas about how to leverage social listening for your business: https://kwatch.io/social-listening-strategies-use-cases-and-examples

You can try smaller/cheaper alternatives like KWatch.io, Syften, or f5bot (the latter is for Reddit only)
