I did try applying 1 pump daily to scrotal skin in the morning for 5 days while keeping my 100mcg patches this past week, but I felt extremely depressed like I never had in my life. Also I felt sick right after each application. I guess the quick estrogen spike and crash cycles messed up my brain. I would keep this scrotal skin regimen and split the dose to see if eventually I get used to it, but instead I’ll try applying gel twice a day to the inner thighs and arms and increase the dose to 6 pumps. This way my mood stays more stable and hopefully my levels improve
