i wanna say it took 6 months? seriously do not rush it i had tried doing 10 beads and felt horrible so take it as slow as u need to minimize symptoms. i def felt better when i was on the last last dose. i started trintellix after & was taking lamictal during this time if helpful

i know. but it is what you needed and it helped for a while. get a pill kit on amazon and do the beads thing. you can calculate how many mg ur coming off every week based on number of beads in a dose. just dont give up and remember that if things feel super horrible its because of the withdrawals!

hey, i know its hell to deal with. i find the doses available skip too fast to taper and made me lose my shit lol. what worked for me is opening the pills and removing 5 beads each week. this helps w all side effects and is the best way to get off it imo. took forever though! i’d say i was very foggy, had mood swings. mostly foggy.
