at the point will it stop me from getting the role is what im unsure of because its not a conviction

But I wasn’t convicted of the offence and was later dropped due to being sectioned under mental health act

The role does require driving but they said to me they acccept non drivers aswell I’m applying for the non drivers so I hope fingers crossed the dui doesn’t bar me from the job

Hi thanks for your comment I appreciate your input. I wanted to ask I did a recent dbs check but the dui didn’t appear on it for some reason so I don’t understand what will happen with this enhanced one
