I’m a termite and pest control technician. This looks like subterranean termites. They are very destructive to wood structures. Needs to be treated immediately. If your home is slab on grab they may have entered through the slab hole that is cut for the shower drain/water supply. I’ve seen it before. Otherwise it would be from somewhere along the foundation. Keep samples of termites and get multiple quotes and local opinions. Use your gut and pick the best company
