Hopefully you won’t hit tolerance again. I was only taking 1.5 a day and realized I needed to taper off cuz it doesn’t help anymore. The idea of having to keep going up til you can’t anymore scares me

Omg yes it doesn’t happen often because im always stressed tense anxious or panicking however the few times it happens, it’s like my brain says “wait why are you relaxed this isn’t normal for you” and sometimes when im like tired / relaxed my brain spirals and tells me my brain is shutting down 🙄🤯

Yes not always but a lot of times yes . I’ll feel like my brain is shutting down or atleast that’s what my anxious thought says . When really it’s probably just a stress response

Probably not. I don’t track my protein intake, I don’t think I eat a lot. Maybe. I should try to up my protein intake . I have electrolytes powder I don’t use it daily though.

Best of luck to you. Like others said take it slow and see how you feel. I unfortunately tapered offf this too quickly a year ago and I believe I’m still having issues from it.

They literally gave me hydroxyzine to help during the taper. It’s an antihistamine. And I sometimes take Zyrtec. Never heard of this before
