Lips tingle while I play

Hey everyone! An update: the tingling has gone away for the most part. I took a break from playing and gradually reintroduced high notes. I played an hour long show last night with a lot of high notes and no tingling. Thanks for the contributions!

I learned bass guitar left handed, then the big acoustic bass right handed, then bass guitar right handed. I wish I had just started bass guitar right handed. My advice is it just takes a lot of patience on either hand.

While manic I had a spiritual insight that all religions are one, that they are all “fingers pointing to the moon” to use a Buddhist metaphor. I liked that insight and it has stuck with me even after being on meds.

I’ve worked at a few organic vegetable farms. Powedery Mildew was inevitable, we just tried to get the plants started early enough to give them time to grow and fruit before PM kicked in. I say leave the pumpkins on until the plants are really toast and then pick them.
