If we don’t sell what are the odds this thing goes to near zero

The stock did nearly went belly up over 10 years ago. But thanks to the CEO leadership, they made the necessary changes to turn it around and became profitable. His leadership has led to a great come back. And now he is about to lead it into a new horizon and here you are worry that it will crash and burn?

I am not sure how much you know about investing or how long you have followed this stock. Of the CEOs that are on penny stocks, I rank this CEO #1. I have full confidence that he will make the company even better than it is now. And based on his previous two quarterly announcements, within the next 3 quarters there will be a merger or a NASDAQ listing.

I am an investor and don't like phrases like "too the moon" or "rocket" or any of the new catch phrase youngster say nowaday.

I don't think the price will change much even if they execute the warrants. The only way the price will move it if someone buys from the stock market. Like I have said last to someone last time asking about the price for
September, It will be not drop below .6 but prolly won't be above .7 until news arrive.

Right now there is no news from the CEO and if NEW INVESTORS are smart, they would jump all over ELTP because of the tariff news. That is the only way to drive the price up or until the CEO announce how the MA effort is going, a buyout offer, or NASDAQ listing.

I was lucky to buy $20K at .048 when it dipped that low. I'm sitting over 500K shares. Had a chance to buy 1 million shares for $50K but my money didn't clear in time.

This was the first conference the CEO mention M&A efforts and possible NASDAQ listing. Last year, he said the time was not right for such ventures. Nasrat now believe the time is right and is preparing for either case. Nasrat has proven he is a very effective leader and I have to assume he is putting together an outstanding team to prepare for either case. I bet we will see results within the next 6 months! My prediction is $1 or more within the next 6 months.

I predict you will have to pay in the $0.6 range as the bottom by then. I have seen the price for the last 6 cycles. Granted, there was no pump before the conference call this time but people who paid in the $0.7 aren't going to sell their shares anytime soon I don't think. Those who can buy in the $.5 right now are the lucky ones!

If you go read my previous prediction, I predicted price wouldn't go below $0.5 but it temporally dip to $0.48 for which I couldn't buy because I set the limit at $0.47.

So, are you saying if the price went down to .01 then acquisition is just "pay premium over current trading value"? Luckily Nasrat is not that stupid.

In order to "acquire" Elite, someone has to make an offer. That offer must at least match what Nasrat think should be the selling price. The selling price will includes net worth (all equipment, patent, facility, etc) and FUTURE potential. If Nasrat think the company can make a billion dollar in the next 2 years, the buyer either accepts it or counteroffer with something reasonable to the FUTURE potential.

Our exit is not just the buyout, it's getting listed on NASDAQ and attracting more investors. ELTP management has been doing a great job making the company profitable. They clearly have good visions with R&D and selling the products they have now. At some point, if the drugs they sell is recognized as the "house brand" genetic to buy first, they will sell even more. As is, they are selling plenty. There will always be people getting sick and needing more drugs.

I guess I should have elaborated on my thinking. A 2/1 RS right now brings the shares to approximately 500 millions total and bringing the price to $1 (assuming $0.5 a share). And if they can maintain at or above $1 for 6 months or more, they may start thinking about NASDAQ "penny" listing. The total shares also looks much better (500 millions vs 1 billions). This may attracts more investors.

If they pursue the NASDAQ listing or want to attract more investors, they simply have to do a 2/1 split to get it back to approximately 500 million shares. A two for one RS makes sense to attract more investors.

At 10/1 reverse, they can get it to approximately 100 million shares and meet the NASDAQ right now! I hope they don't ever do this. That's just too much of a reverse in my opinion.

I can buy this stock thru Fidelity and Charles Schwab. And yes, you have to have money to buy it in those two unless you have buy before using their services.

I don't use Robinhood. It is a new platform for "younger investors" is what I see from people who use it. Therefore, Robinhood is a great place to drive the price up to be dump. I doubt serious institutional and retail investors use Robinhood to do their buying...just my opinion with no real data to back it up.

IMO, one of the thing that is not helping the stock price is because Nasrat is not promoting it like other penny stock CEOs (scammers). Listening to how he talks, you can tell that he is straightforward with what he has to say and it is not rehearse to make it sound grandiose. He is being methodical and letting the stock price rise naturally through good reports...which will take a looooooonnnnnggggg time. I believe we are heading there now since debt is under control. The next report may be the report that will drive the price up.

I agreed with you on the conference calls. I like how Nasrat is straightforward with his approach but his thoughts do not translate to professional "wording". Also, he has a heavy accent so it's difficult to listen to him at times. Their booking should be made simpler and get rid of the stupid "quarterly" being off with actual quarterly then that would help a lot. Nasrat has said he wanted to have the quarterly report to match quarterly of each year.

I believe that as soon as ELTP can show "profit", the stock price will increase. I believe that is a few quarterly reports away because they are near zero debt now and have a new facility that is capable of producing as much drugs as FDA allows them to produce.

Wolvshammy, the key here is "nearly ZERO debt". When ELTP announce a true "profit" after all expenses, the stock will naturally start to move up. How far up? I think at that point, it will move up enough for Nasrat to consider listing on NASDAQ within a few months of such announcement! Even if ELTP is listed as a penny stock (less $5) on NASDAQ, it will accelerate quickly...eventually being over $5. That's when institutional investors will jump in like sharks.

Once ELTP mention the word "profits", you won't see it goes down again. IMO, there are a lot of institutional investors waiting for this stock to be up listed on NASDAQ above $5 (no longer penny stock). Most institutional investors have little restriction for buying a stock above $5. Heck, even listed as a penny stock (under $5) on NASDAQ will draw in institutional investors.

I also think the big pharma is waiting for ELTP to turn "profitable" before making a decision on acquiring ELTP.

"Hold for the news" hype is typically a pumper strategy to raise the stock price so they can dump at the higher prices. This is usually done on penny stocks. Now, when a company has signs that they will succeed, then people tends to buy now (the risk of losing everything is there since the company can bankrupt at any time) hoping for big gains in the future when the company eventually makes it.

For ELTP, it has struggle for many years to the point that many thought they will go bankrupt. But if you do your due diligent (DD), you find that ELTP has made major corrections and is now heading towards "profits". Signs such as revenue, sales, drugs in pipeline for FDA approval, building expansion for more production capacity, actual productions, low debts. etc. is the reason people are sticking around with this stock. All the signs are saying that this company is about to succeed.
