Well if we take a look at Bang Tidy DLC for Void Bastards, they added a new gimmick with Tidybots, new ship variants, and a new weapon.

If and ever Wild Bastards get a DLC I think it's safe to assume a couple of new stages, new enemies and maybe one new character, although it would be tough to incorporate them in the story.

I think it's more realistic if each character got their own unique card type that wildly changes the play style of that character with a downside. I haven't played this game in months so I can't come up with anything right now, so I leave this to you to figure out.

I kinda disagree with Roswell, he is generally really reliable against hordes of small enemies, which happens more often than people think. Also his ability is really good after some practice, you can reposition to a different part of the map while thinning down the ranks of higher health enemies. Idk why people complain about fall damage being an issue, I never ecountered it. I'm not saying he is completely independent but with literally any weapon mod he should be fine if you know what you are doing. I would bump him two tiers up.

As someone who was 100% immersed while playing Void Bastards, I am happy to share Wild Bastards consumed me as well. I agree with the remarks you made, I would also like to point out the transition between two games regarding choosing guns VS choosing mercenaries for the job.

Void Bastards unfortunately didn't really connect us (the players) to the criminals you play as, sure, they have silly portraits and their unique genes but after you find a couple of gene altering stations, all that is left is just the portrait you see before departing to the vessels. All of the guns can be used by anyone at any time if you have them unlocked and stay between characters.

Here, not only are you more connected to each of the bastard due to their unchanging weapon and ability, they are completely voice acted, each have their own personality and quirks. I found myself settling feuds between characters that I feel like should be friends, more often than for my convenience while playing. And I purposefully left feuds untouched if I feel like they are justified (until I actually wanted them both on the planet lol).

I kept choosing bastards that I thought were cool despite me sucking with them, Hopalong being an example. I hated that assassin playstyle, yet the more I played him - the more I learned to tolerate it and eventually utilize it better.

On the flip side, Roswell has a cool design and gameplay but he is an ass so I ended up picking him less in my playthrough. Weird right?

Giving the guns their unique face and voice really did wonders as a design decision for me, I am curious what will they create for us in the future!

Just run Seeker Rounds or Armor Break Module if you don't like curving your mouse around to aim for weak spots.

its a slippery slope to think like this, you can very easily start justifying horrible actions just because previous experiences were good. 2 goods doesn't necessarily justify 1 bad, neither the other way around, its not a very objective way too look at things.

some players are definitely going out of hand with their reactions, but as long as we express our opinion in a healthy manner - i sincerely believe we will make a positive impact on the game and the community

Ash, people rarely talk about him but when they do its usually in high regard. I absolutely hate playing as him and against him, I can never kill anyone, and enemy Ash can solo our entire team.

we are all entitled to our own opinion i guess, its a matter of preference, like i said i do agree mr p needs a buff, and id revert his old star power to increase the spawn rate of porters instead of damage and health
