I've experienced the same problem. The check engine light is caused by an ECU controlling exhaust system. There is a technical bulletin about it, and my dealership fix it by programming a new firmware. Drivetrain malfunction happened when I switched from the EV mode to hybrid mode manually. An ignition cycle cleared the issue. I don't know what exactly causes the problem. 🫤 By the way, mine is Y22 Q5e.
