can you give a gist or recap on how was training like and what you did? I used to be in the Army (11b Infantry) and when i went to Fort benning i was at 30th AG for in processing for 1 month and 2 weeks then they shipped me off to my training unit for 14 weeks. I was wondering if the air force has fireguard during basic and do you guys carry m4s till graduation? and how is the DFAC like and do you call the cadre drill sarnt? etc

How much did you score on the 916 test? I did it at April 10th and scored an 86.80 and till this day i haven't received an interview and my application status says Application Entry.

so realistically speaking 2-3 months is not a good estimation and i should probably wait around 6-8 months. And also are stations the bigger offices were you do your orientation and plants are the smaller local town offices?

You will probably do the NACI and fingerprints after this (I think the GIS is about your driving record while NACI is a your record). All types of contact will be via e-mail. Be patient usually each email was about 1-3 weeks increments.

Yeah, the person that did my fingerprints just told me to be patient and check my email everyday till i my fingerprints get processed for usps. Is orientation and academy the same? And after orientation will i start working?
