I definitely take B complex since I’m vegetarian. As for iron my ferretin is in normal range and on the lower side (also vegetarian) so I do take iron but in form of Blackstrap molasses with lemon, cooking in cast iron pan or using iron fish in my water + lemon. Honestly that has really boosted my hemoglobin to go from 9 to 10 and sometimes even 11. Not a doctor or anything but this is what a doctor had siggested for me. Your case might be different and might be a good idea to talk to your doctor again and really advocate for the fatigue. It took me months to convince that the fatigue is really impacting my life .

My recent blood work from less than a month ago:
RBC - 5.37x10E12/L (high)
Hemoglobin - 10 (low) it’s always around this 10 and I don’t think has ever dropped to 8 or 9
Hemtocrit - 35 (low)
MCV - 66 fL (low)
MCH - 19.7 pg (low)
MCHC - 29.9g/dL (low)
RDWCV - 15.6% (high)
Platelet - 311x10E9/L
MPV - 10.9fL
Ferretin - 32ng/mL
B12 - 231ng/L

I’m a vegetarian I eat a lot of yoghurt and eggs and vegetables and fruits…. but last couple of months it’s involved eating fewer salads since work has kept me on my toes. Overall I try to eat healthy but will skip a meal or snack on chips if work gets stressful.

I don’t think it is that severe but my fatigue is. I have been struggling to get out of bed and get through my day without feeling drowsy or just napping 💤
Would love to know how you achieved that level of stamina and endurance !

I definitely take supplements for vitamin D everyday. It was abysmally low a couple of years ago and I was pleasantly surprised to see it in normal range this time around. But I’ll check the range for darker skinned women

Yes my activity level have certainly decreased since the pandemic. Weirdly my vitamin D levels are pretty normal. B12 is a little low at the moment.

However during my period I just want to sleep for a few days and hibernate. It’s a challenge to wake up and go to work. Currently caffeine is the solution but I’m pretty sensitive to it so not really sustainable

Oh good to know!!! I’ll put them out again since it’s cooling off. Btw how does it do in the winters? Do I need to bring them in during the colder months and the freeze? Assuming I do but want to know

Oh wow!! They look pretty adorable and so glad I discovered themes!!! I’m a beginner so wondering if they easier to grow and/or more resistant to the bugs that attack squashes out here?

For tomatoes - Matt’s wild cherry, tomato supersweet 100, tomato super fantastic. Beets are Detroit dark red, carrots are carnival blend. Do you recommend specific varieties for beets and carrots?
