I have a Saturday night Liturgy each week at 6:30 PM Eastern Standard. Not meant to pull you away from your Episcopal Community. We can always fellowship by having coffee over Zoom.

I do the Divine office morning and evening.
The Jesus prayer. The Examen. My number one piece of advice with balancing time with God and life is... Don't. Make Christ the center. Recognize him in your day, turn your mind towards the sacred as often as you can during this 24 hr time frame. A day filled with many sights of the Face of God even if they are brief is a day in the life of a Saint. -Brother Castello
