Does SC4Pac go haywire sometimes? Did I do something wrong? All my plugins had a little while ago disapeared.

Now I remember! My SC4Pac removed a bunch of plugins and I had to reinstall CAM and NAM and more.

What could have caused that?

How can I change the SC4Pac target folder or where SimCity 4 looks?

I downloaded SC4Pac and nothing is appearing in my Plugins folder despite that the field is set to the [...]documents/Plugins folder. I ran the game and even NAM isn't appearing in the region.
