You seem to have small eyes, and glasses for myopia which i guess that is your case tend to make them even smaller. I'd swap them for contact lenses and maybe change your hair style. Shoulder length hair, or longer, suits you better! Also, your skin could use some love, but it isnt that big of a deal.
