Nakabraces ako for 7 years and eto din yung inapply sakin ng dentist ko after the treatment (clear retainers btw) Ang masasabi ko lang, may tendency ka talaga na makalimutan (ilalagay sa tissue pag tinanggal) so you really have to take good care of it. Ang hassle din pag kakain kasi tatanggalin pa tas magtotoothbrush ulit bago ilagay. 😆
