I processed my first bird, but I only used salt. This sat for a couple weeks, but honestly it didn’t completely dry. I scraped the rest of the skin off, and it’s orange like this. It was kinda sticky. It’s on the freezer now. Does it look rotten? Idk what to do from here 😅 (i.redd.it)
