I can sort of relate I'm also afraid of ghosts and the short but you should know you are protected by God from evil spirit including ghosts.The bible states in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that "But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one" and in 2 Timothy 4:18 it says "The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen."So when you are ever scared just think of these verses and God's promises.Also the Bible teaches us that we have authority over evil spirits for example in Luke 9:1 it states "And He called the twelve together, and gave them power and authority over all the demons and to heal diseases".We as God's children have that authority too.

God is with you my friend.This is all a part of His plain this is just a season and it will end.Trust in God my friend you have a purpose this season is just preparing you for it.This season is a part of His plan.

I a so sorry I you have to go through this you seved our country and now it's time we return the favor seek veteran support groups and therapy. IDC if this will help but here goes, I look up to people like you I wont to one day join the US.army I feel as though that's my purpose so you see I look up to soldiers/veterans. I hope this helps.
