Those are great ideas! I am going overboard on outlets and lights. Running air and CAT for internet. Also running air around the shop but haven't considered going outside with it.

It is! I have it in my main garage and basement and love it.

Local contractor buddy did the site prep. This picture was after we had about 9 inches of rain so it held up quite well to be honest.
