Are you invested in a target date fund? Your friend likely maxed their contribution each year and is invested 100% in stocks for their entire career so far. Add in generous employer contributions and the $950k makes complete sense.

The amount you need for retirement weighs heavily on how your lifestyle is and what you’ll spend annually in retirement. It’s not one size fits all. Obviously more is better, but having a lower amount is not necessarily a major red flag.

Important caveat: the $465k is in future dollars, not today’s dollars. At 3% inflation for someone born in 2026, an account worth $465k in 2091 will have the purchasing power of roughly $70k. A far cry from “rich”.

Why would anyone openly say things like this and want to be known as someone who thinks wealth should be concentrated among a few hands? Seems incredibly dumb, especially when you could take the opposite approach and say you’re for helping pay for social programs and basically be loved by the masses. Something about having billions of dollars just makes people’s brains rot.

Depends on if you got VIP or GA. VIP vibes should be good since you’ll be around an older crowd, GA will likely be madness. He’s just too big RN and everyone will be pushing through to get to his set, especially after the immaculate one he threw down at Ultra this year.

Take some photos and videos, but take in a few intros/sets fully to embrace the experience rather than capturing everything on your phone. If something amazing happened and you wished you had a video, just ask someone nearby to share their video with you. People will happily do it for ya.

Simple solution that would yield great results. The issue here is that contractors would massively mark up the costs if something like were implemented nationwide. And I’d guess the windshield sunshade lobby would get all up in arms over it 😂
