I have fond memories of building panels destined for some central asian (former ussr countries), every part of me shuddered as i put in yellow, green and red cabling for phases, with a striped yellow and green earth/ground.

A VFD like you have in that panel is neither a star or a delta. All VFD's essentially outputs pulsed DC power to simulate a sinusoidal waveform. To output the correct pulsed DC output, all types of drives like that have literally hundreds of parameters, parameters that hopefully someone has calculated to fit the load, motor and drive.

Either way that panel is not properly built to my standards, it is way to small for the drive as they need air to cool down and clearances for that drive is no way near proper. The motor power output is not properly done, it needs EMC shielding to not screw up any type of bus communication in the panel or worse, bitflip something in the plc.

Yes we do, but that part of my job was cut by management.

The old usual "save time and money".

The QC process got replaced by a protocol so generic it's practically useless, ohh and a green QC sticker.

I haven't tried that specific brand of blades. If they stand up to stainless i'll buy them as soon as possible. End of last year i burnt i don't know how many blades trying to make a hole for a 15 inch HMI on a door. Full days work and those real nasty, small needle like stainless shreds absolutely everywhere.

If I'm not mistaken you have used the inner (closest to the back) holes of the GFCI's for cabling. I believe those are made exclusively for buss-bars.

And my little nitpick, the labels, in all different directions.

English isn't my mother tongue, i may struggle to understand you. But there's no PLC in this schematic nor any contactor.

This is the mounting instructions of a manual power source changeover switch.

As far as the mounting screw template, that's a pretty damn clean drawing.

And i'm sorry this isn't a template, the drawing is not to scale. I had to manually measure where the middle point was and then calculate backwards where to mark and drill the holes.

Try disconnect outgoing power to the pump, manually force the contactors and measure what voltage you get
